Sue Walsh brings 20+ years of professional Real Estate experience to the team, with an extensive background in New Home construction & Residential sales.
After graduation from University of Maryland, she spent several years in Food & Beverage industry in Hotel/Restaurant Management, and then in wine sales. Sue joined a highly prestigious Long & Foster office in Bethesda, Maryland where she learned the real estate business from top professionals.
From this, she entered New Home Sales, achieving great success, top ratings and top producer recognitions with two Washington, D.C. metro area builders.
Sue has made the Richmond area her permanent home since 2010. Sue worked for a local Richmond New Home Builder for 7 years then rejoined Long and Foster in 2019 where she assisted and continues to assist Sellers and Buyers in a competitive, changing market.
Sue prides herself in creating a positive customer experience, utilizing her expertise, guidance, and attention to detail in serving her customer’s real estate needs. Her approach is an advisory one: working to ensure that needs are met, and questions & concerns are handled throughout the process. Most importantly earning trust and developing relationships that last beyond the home purchase or sale.
In her spare time, Sue enjoys spending time with her friends, family & pets and loves to travel. She volunteers for Richmond Animal League and can often be seen fostering a litter of kittens.
